The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that construction work on Route 75 in Windsor will begin April 3, 2023.
The project consists of slip-lining the existing drainage culvert to address signs of corrosion. The project also replaces the culvert’s existing block end wall, installation of riprap scour protection, areas of full depth roadway reconstruction, along with milling and paving.
DOT Project No. 0164-0243 was awarded to Loureiro Contractors, Inc. at a cost of $537,752 on September 19, 2022 and is scheduled to be completed June 30, 2023. This project is administered by the Bureau of Engineering and Construction, Office of Construction, District 1 in Rocky Hill.

There will be alternating one way traffic on Route 75, Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., along with Saturday and Sunday a.m. to 10 a.m.
