The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that milling and resurfacing project will be performed on Route 159 in Suffield from the North Junction of Route 190 to the Massachusetts State Line.
The project consists of milling and resurfacing a 2.39 segment of Route 159 in Suffield. The milling of this project is scheduled to start on Monday May 15, 2023 and be completed Wednesday May 17, 2023. The resurfacing of this project is scheduled to start on Thursday May 18, 2023, and be completed on Thursday, May 25, 2023.
This project is included in the Department of Transportation’s 2023 Vendor Resurfacing Program.

Motorists can expect delays and one lane alternating Traffic. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday).
