The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a milling and paving resurfacing project will be performed on Interstate 95 North Bound in the Town of Greenwich.The project consists of milling and paving resurfacing of Interstate 95 North Bound Greenwich weigh station in the Town of Greenwich. This project is scheduled to occur Saturday, June 3, 2023 through Sunday June 11, 2023. The milling segment of this project is anticipated to take place on Saturday, June 3, 2023 through Sunday June 4, 2023. The resurfacing segment of this project is anticipated to be performed on Friday, June 9, 2023 through Sunday June 11, 2023.
This project is an addition to CTDOT’s 2023 Vendor Resurfacing Program.

Motorists can expect right shoulder closures on interstate 95 Northbound from Exit 2 on ramp (Rich Avenue W) to Exit 3 off-ramp (Arch Street). Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will guide motorists through the work zone. The work schedule for this project is 4:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Saturday morning through Sunday night).
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
