The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that a drainage pipe rehabilitation operation will require the closure of alternating right and left lanes on Interstate 95 northbound and southbound Exits 59 - 61 in Madison on Thursday, August 17, 2023.
The drainage pipe rehabilitation operation will be performed by National Water Main Cleaning.

Motorists can expect the right and left lane closures to occur on Interstate 95 north and southbound in Madison. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will guide motorists through the work zone. The night work schedule for this project is from 7:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
