Milling and Resurfacing on Route 102 in Ridgefield
The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that a milling and resurfacing project will be performed on Route 102 in Ridgefield from Bloomer Road to Route 7.
The project consists of milling and resurfacing a 1.58-mile segment of Route 102 from Bloomer Road to Route 7. The milling of this project is scheduled to start on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, and be completed on Tuesday, May 24, 2022. The resurfacing of this project is scheduled to start on Wednesday, June 1, 2022, and is scheduled to be completed on Friday, June 3, 2022.
This project is included in the Department of Transportation’s 2022 Vendor Resurfacing Program.
LANE CLOSURE INFO
Motorists can expect delays and one lane alternating traffic. The regular work schedule for this project is Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
