The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that a concrete repair project will be performed at night on Route 15 in North Haven.
The project consists of concrete repair on Bridge# 3829 on Route 15 Northbound and Southbound in North Haven. This project is scheduled to occur the evening of Monday, August 1, 2022 through the morning of Friday August 12, 2022.
The work is included in the Department of Transportation’s 2022 bridge maintenance program to support state forces with bridge repairs and is being performed by Mohawk Northeast.
LANE CLOSURE INFO
Motorists can expect various lane closures to occur on Route 15 Northbound in Hamden and North Haven between Exit 62 (SR717, Dixwell Avenue) and Exit 63 (Route 22, Bishop Street) and Route15 Southbound in North Haven and Hamden between Exit 63 (SR725, Hartford Turnpike) and Exit 62 (SR707, Whitney Avenue). The work schedule for this project is from Monday through Friday from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule might become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
