The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing the upcoming scheduled right-lane closure on I-84 westbound in Waterbury. The closure is necessary to facilitate construction activities associated with the ongoing Route 8/I-84 Interchange (Mixmaster) rehabilitation project in Waterbury.
Beginning Sunday, February 14, 2021, the right lane on I-84 westbound between Exit 21 (to Bank Street) extending past Exit 20 (to Route 8 northbound) will be closed for the foreseeable future.
