The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing a scheduled ramp closure in Norwich for milling and paving work.
On Friday July 9, 2021, there will be a ramp closure on Route 2 east at Exit 28N to I-395 north. The closure will take place between 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
A detour will be implemented to guide motorists to Exit 29 for New London Turnpike. Signage will guide motorists to take a left at the bottom of the ramp onto New London Turnpike, then left onto Town Street, left onto West Town Street, then a right onto the Exit 14 on-ramp for I-395 North.
