Surveying Along Route 8 in Thomaston

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing a surveying project that will occur on Rt. 8 SB in Thomaston, beginning Saturday, August 18, 2018.

LANE CLOSURE INFO

Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. Traffic control for surveying will be alternating Left Lane and Right Lane will be closed.

The regular work schedule for this project is 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
