Newington, Ct- The Connecticut Department of Transportation (ConnDOT) is announcing that work for the Reconstruction of Indian Field Road over Interstate 95 in Greenwich is scheduled to begin the week of September 22, 2008.

The contract was awarded to Blakeslee Arpaia Chapman,Inc. on August 8,2008 at a cost of $6,976,685.50 and scheduled to be completed by May 27, 2011

The project consists of replacement of the Indian Field Road Bridge over I-95 and the addition of dedicated left turn lanes on Indian Field Road between the I-95 on and off ramps.
