The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing survey operations will be performed on I-84 in Southington. This project is scheduled to occur on Monday October 27 and be completed on Monday, November 3, 2025. The project 0131-0214 consists of surveying operations in support of bridge improvements over I-84.
This project is being performed by Martinez Couch & Associates, LLC.
LANE CLOSURE/DETOUR INFO
There will be various lane closures on I-84 east and westbound at Exit 31 from Monday, October 27 to Monday, November 3, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Traffic control signing patterns will guide motorists through the work zone.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
