The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that upgrading of existing guiderail will be performed on Route 20 in Granby from Route 219, mile marker 18.482 to Harness Way, mile maker 21.281. This project is scheduled to begin on Monday, June 30 and be completed on Monday, July 28, 2025. The project 0174-0474 consists of upgrading existing guiderail systems to current standard systems.
This project is being performed by Eagle Fence Company.
LANE CLOSURE/DETOUR INFO
There will be lane closures on Route 20 from Monday June 30 to Monday July 28, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Traffic control signing patterns and flaggers will guide motorists through the work zone. No work will be performed on the July 4th holiday.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
