The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that guiderail upgrades will be performed on Route 140 east and westbound in East Windsor from Route 5, Prospect Hill Road to Hartfield Boulevard. This project is scheduled to occur on Wednesday, March 5 and be completed by Wednesday, March 19, 2025. The project DOT01710507CN consists of Guide Rail Upgrades.
This project is being performed by the Durham Fence Company.
LANE CLOSURE/DETOUR INFO
There will be right lane and shoulder closures on Route 140 east and westbound in East Windsor on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Traffic control signing patterns, trailer mounted attenuators and certified flaggers will guide motorists through the work zone.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
