The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that guiderail repair and upgrades will be performed on Route 9 southbound Exit 32 in Berlin from the Exit 32 gore area to 350 linear feet past the Exit 32 off-ramp. This project is scheduled to occur on Friday February 7 and be completed by Tuesday February 11, 2025.
This project is being performed by Atlas Industrial Services.
LANE CLOSURE/DETOUR INFO
There will be right lane, shoulder closed and partial ramp closures on Route 9 southbound Exit 32 in Berlin starting on Friday, February 7 to Tuesday, February 11, 2025, during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m, Friday-Tuesday. Traffic control signing patterns, trailer mounted attenuators and State Police will guide motorists through the work zone.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
