The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing bridge work will be performed on I-84 Westbound Exit 39A in Farmington. This project is scheduled to occur the night of Wednesday January 15, 2025, and be completed on Thursday January 16, 2025. This project ensures the bridge remains in a state of good repair.
This project is being performed by Hartford Bridge Maintenance.

I-84 Westbound exit ramp 39A (Route 9 Southbound) will be closed Wednesday January 15, 2025, and will be reopened Thursday January 16, 2025. The scheduled work hours for this project are 8:00 p.m. Wednesday to 5:00 a.m. Thursday. Traffic control signing patterns will guide motorists through the work zone and detour.
