Wrong Way Detection Installation on I-84 at Exits 37 and 39 East and Westbound in Farmington
The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing a wrong way detection installation on I-84 at Exits 37 and 39 east and westbound in Farmington on Tuesday, May 7, 2024.
This work is performed by the CTDOT Electrical Sign Installation, District 1 and TAPCO representatives.
LANE CLOSURE INFO/DETOUR INFO
Motorists can expect exit ramp closures on I-84 Exits 37 and 39 east and westbound in Farmington. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will guide motorists around the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is Tuesday, May 7 from 7:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 8, 2024.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
