Ramp Closures for Milling and Paving Operations in on I-95 Northbound in Stonington and North Stonington

The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that periodic ramp closures for milling and paving operations on I-95 northbound in Stonington and North Stonington will be in effect starting June 26, 2024. There will be periodic ramp closures on I-95 northbound at Exit 91 on-ramp, Exit 92 off-ramp and on-ramp, and Exit 93 off-ramp and on-ramp starting June 26, 2024, between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. Detours will be in place. Message boards will be deployed on Monday, June 24 to alert the traveling public of the upcoming ramp closures.

CTDOT Project No. 0058-0340 was awarded to American Industries at a cost of $38,250,000.00 on January 21, 2023, and is scheduled to be completed May of 2026. This project is administered by the Bureau of Engineering and Construction, Office of Construction, District 2 in Norwich.

There will be ramp closures on I-95 northbound at Exits 91, 92 and 93.
