Bridge Joint Repair on Route 8 Northbound at Exit 41 in Litchfield
The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that bridge joint repairs will take place on Monday, April 15 through Tuesday, April 23, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Route 8 northbound at Exit 41 in Litchfield.
LANE CLOSURE INFO
Motorists can expect alternating lanes to be closed at Exit 41 on Route 8 northbound in Litchfield. Traffic control signing patterns and crash units will guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday -Thursday.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
