I am a contractor not registered in CTSource. How do I submit my information?

If you are not already registered with CTSource, you must register in order to submit your information to comply with the Executive Order. Instructions are below:

First, the supplier registration portal is available here. 

There are five steps to register as a supplier with CTSource:

Step 1: Read and agree to the general disclaimer, which is a requirement of using the portal.
Step 2: Enter your legal name, address, type of business, and Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) or Social Security Number (SSN).

• Legal Name: Your organization’s legal name must match the company name on record with the IRS for your Tax Identification Number. If you file with a Social Security Number, you must enter your name exactly as it shows on your Federal Tax Return.
• Type of business: This guide is for contractors who are an “Individual/Sole Proprietor.” If you are not an “Individual/Sole Proprietor,” please refer to the Supplier Registration and Portal User Guide instead of this document.

Step 3: Enter your contact information and create login credentials.
Step 4: Select the United Nations Standard Products and Services Codes (UNSPSC) commodity and service code(s) which best apply to your organization’s business. The UNSPSC selection will subscribe which solicitation notifications will be sent to the Main contact email. 
Step 5: Submit. A confirmation page will display upon successful registration, and an email confirmation will be sent to the email address identified in Step 3 of your registration.
