Fleet Operations COVID-19 Response

Overview

Fleet Operations has resumed all services and full staffing as of September 2020, to keep pace with the increasing number of vehicles returning to full use. You can schedule appointments for any vehicle that is overdue for maintenance (more than 6 months or 6,000 miles since the last service), or for emissions tests that are overdue, or coming due. Our ability to respond to agency needs and provide safe transportation depends upon the following measures that meet CDC and OSHA guidance and promote the safety and health of our staff and clients as Fleet Operations fulfills its statutory requirements to provide safe and reliable transportation to client agencies. Please adhere to the following while visiting the fleet garages:
  • Masks are mandatory while entering our facilities.
  • Only a driver is allowed to be with the vehicle during service. Do not bring passengers and clients.
  • Call ahead for site-specific directions and appointment scheduling. Appointment times have been adjusted to promote social distancing.
  • Allow for additional time at the facility, approximately 15 minutes, as we are sanitizing vehicles before they are serviced. Refer to our Documents page in this section for more information on sanitizing products used at our fleet garages.
