Threshold Cost for Certain Consultant Services to be deemed a Project:

In accordance with Connecticut General Statutes Sections 4b-59a and 4b-55(6), the threshold cost for consultant services for a state program to be deemed a project for the purposes of sections 4b-1 and 4b-55 to 4b-59, inclusive, shall be as follows:

July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024: $750,000

July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025: $762,000
