Restricted Permit, Intrastate Elderly and Handicapped Livery Service Application

Elderly and Handicapped Livery authority holders are only  permitted to register and operate vehicles that are capable of carrying at least one passenger seated in a wheelchair.  This requirement can be found in  Connecticut General Statutes,  section 13b-105.
