During the next or following billing cycle, please check to see if the disconnect occurred. Verify in Tangoe that the order was completed by following the path: Inventory > Explorer > Identifier

 If you find any discrepancy with your submittal, please follow up with TBOG.

Note: Wireless disconnects are usually completed within 12-24 hours, while wired (land) services can take anywhere from 2 weeks to a full month.
