This process document details the steps to perform a service disconnect via the Tangoe application for all service types (wireless, circuit, lines, etc…).
Prior to executing a disconnect order please gather the below required information.
- Obtain the wireless device number(s), phone line number(s), or circuit info to be disconnected
- First and last name (as it appears on their employee paycheck) of the requesting employee
- Primary and Secondary Points of Contact (if available) (Full Names and contact numbers)
- Date desired to have service disconnected.
