Overview
Provide application server hosting for statewide agency web based applications hosted and managed by DAS BITS. Application Hosting will work with the agency from initial project intake to project closure, including:
- reviewing architectural needs
- assigning project tasks to internal DAS BITS service areas
- Work with agency code developers to install and configure their web based application
- Provide support post project for existing web based or DB/Web based applications
- System management
- Post project code updates to the web-based applications server side
- Security
- 24/7 monitoring software and alerting via Uptime software
