Revised: Drainage Pipe Rehabilitation closures on I95 Northbound and Southbound in various towns

The drainage pipe rehabilitation operation will be performed in Milford on the northbound and southbound side of I-95 on Monday, September 23, 2024, and in Stratford on the northbound and southbound side of I-95 on Thursday, August 29, 2024. The night work is scheduled to occur Monday night September 23, through Tuesday morning, September 24, 2024.

The Drainage Pipe Rehabilitation operation will be performed by National Water Main Cleaning.

 

LANE CLOSURE INFO

Motorists can expect the right lane closures on I-95 southbound from Exit 40 (Woodmont Rd) to Exit 39B (Rt.1 North) and left lane closure on I-95 northbound from Exit 39A (Rt.1 South) to 0.20 miles past the Exit 40 (Old Gate Lane/Woodmont Rd) off-ramp, in Milford, on Monday night, September 23, 2024. Motorists can expect the right lane closures on I-95 southbound from Exit 31 (South Ave/Stratford Ave) to Exit 30 (Surf Ave) and left lane closure on I-95 northbound from Exit 30 (Lordship Blvd) to Exit 31 (Honeyspot Rd/Stratford Ave) in Stratford, on Thursday night August 29, 2024. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will guide motorists through the work zone. The night work schedule for this project is from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (Monday night through Tuesday Morning).

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.  Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
