Tree Removal and Drainage Work in Ansonia
The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that Route 334 in Ansonia will be closed on Monday, April 10, 2023 and Tuesday, April 11, 2023 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. between Clarkson Street and Holebrook Place for tree work in preparation for a drainage project.
LANE CLOSURE INFO
Motorists can expect lane closures on Route 334.
The detour for this closure traveling from the south is:
Route 8 northbound to Exit 16, SR 727 (Pershing Drive) to Route 115 northbound.
The detour for this closure traveling from the north is:
Route 8 southbound to Exit 15 to Route 34 east to Route 115 north.
The work schedule for this project is 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday)
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
