Bridge Maintenance on I-84 Westbound in Hartford
The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that a bridge maintenance project will be performed on Interstate 84 Westbound in Hartford on Monday night January 9, 2023 into Tuesday morning January 10, 2023.
The project (DOT0170-3583CN) consists of bridge repairs on I-84 Westbound. This project is being performed by state forces Rapid Response. This project is administered by the Department of Transportation’s 2023 bridge maintenance, District 1 Hartford Bridge Department.
LANE CLOSURE INFO/DETOUR INFO
Motorists can expect center, right, and Exit 48 off-ramp closures in Hartford on I-84 Westbound between exit 51 and exit 47. Traffic control personnel and signing/detour patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The work schedule for this project is from 9 p.m. Monday, January 9 to 5:30 a.m. Tuesday, January 10.
