Thin Surface Treatment on Route 202 in Washington
The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that a Thin Surface Treatment prior to 2023 resurfacing project will be performed on Route 202 in Washington.
The project consists of a Thin Surface Treatment to be placed on Route 202 from the Sunoco Gas Station to Route 341. The project is scheduled to occur on Monday October 17, 2022 and be completed on Friday October 21, 2022.
This Project is included in the Department of Transportation’s 2022 Vendor Resurfacing Program.
LANE CLOSURE INFO
Motorists can expect delays and one lane alternating Traffic. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday).
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
