Resurfacing Project, I-84 Exit 1 Eastbound and Westbound On- and Off-Ramps in Danbury.
The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that a resurfacing project will be performed on Interstate 84 Exit 1 Eastbound and Westbound On- and Off-ramps from Saw Mill Road to the New York State Line.
The Resurfacing of this project is scheduled to begin and end on Monday, November 14, 2022.
This project is in addition to the Department of Transportation’s 2022 Vendor Resurfacing Program.
LANE CLOSURE INFO
Motorists can expect lane closures on the Eastbound and Westbound On- and Off-ramps for Exit 1 on I-84. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday).
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
