Milling and Paving Project, Route 136 Easton
The project consists of milling and paving resurfacing 0.71 miles of Route 136 in the Town of Easton. This project is scheduled to occur Tuesday, October 11, 2022 through Monday October 17, 2022. The milling segment of this project is anticipated to be performed on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 through Thursday, October 13, 2022. The resurfacing segment of this project is anticipated to be performed on Thursday, October 13, 2022 through Monday, October 17, 2022.
This project is an addition to the Department of Transportation’s 2022 Vendor Resurfacing Program.
LANE CLOSURE INFO
Motorists can expect lane closures on Route 1 from Judges Hollow Road to East Common Road. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The night work schedule for this project is 7:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (Sunday night through Friday morning)
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
