Emergency Night Concrete Deck Repair on Interstate 95 Northbound in Bridgeport
The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that a concrete repair project will be performed during the night on Bridge #98 on Interstate 95 Northbound in Bridgeport.
The project consists of concrete deck repair between Exit 25 (Coolidge Street) and Exit 26 (Wordin Avenue). This project is scheduled to occur on Friday night, December 2, 2022.
The work is included in the Department of Transportation’s 2022 bridge maintenance program to support State Forces with bridge repairs and is being performed by State Forces.
LANE CLOSURE INFO
Motorists can expect left lane and center lane closures to occur on I-95 Northbound between Exit 25 and Exit 26 in Bridgeport. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The work schedule for this project is from 8:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule might become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
