The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that drainage repairs will be performed on Route 319 in Stafford. The work consists of replacing drainage pipe located on Route 319 in Stafford. The repairs are scheduled to be performed on Sunday, May 15, 2022.
This work will be performed by state forces.

Motorists can expect a detour to be in place between Route 19 (East Street) and Route 32 (Monson Road). The regular work schedule is 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, May 15, 2022. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to detour motorists around the work zone.
Westbound motorists will continue on Route 19 (East Street) and then be directed right onto Route 190 (East Street), Route 32 and Route 190 overlap (Main Street), and right onto Route 32 (Monson Road). Eastbound and southbound motorists will be detoured onto Route 32 (Monson Road), then left onto Route 32 and Route 190 overlap (Main Street), Route 190 (East Street) and then left on Route 19 (East Street).
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
