The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a milling and resurfacing project will be performed on Route 130 in Stratford.
The project consists of milling and resurfacing 1.15 miles of Route 130 in Stratford. This project is scheduled to occur Monday, August 23, 2021, through Thursday, September 2, 2021. The milling segment of this project is anticipated to be performed on Monday, August 23, 2021, through Friday, August 27, 2021. The resurfacing segment of this project is anticipated to be performed on Sunday, August 29, 2021 through Thursday, September 2, 2021.
This project is included in the Department of Transportation’s 2021 Vendor Resurfacing Program.
Motorists can expect lane closures on Route 130 from Route 113 (Main Street) to Eastbound-Northbound Junction US 1 (Ferry Boulevard). Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The night work schedule for this project is 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (Sunday night through Friday morning).
