Mechanical Repairs on Route 130 Bridge (Stratford Avenue, Yellow Mill Drawbridge) in Bridgeport

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a bridge maintenance project will be performed on Route 130 (Stratford Avenue, Yellow Mill Drawbridge) in Bridgeport on Thursday, March 11, 2021. The project consists of mechanical repairs with work occurring between 9 AM and 3 PM.

Detour Route:

  • Westbound traffic - Seaview Avenue to Crescent Avenue to Waterview Avenue to Route 130.
  • Eastbound traffic - Waterview Avenue to Crescent Avenue to Seaview Avenue to Route 130.

Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone.

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to the schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.
