Epoxy Pavement Marking Project on Limited and Non-Limited Access State Roadways in Central and North Central Connecticut
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that an epoxy pavement marking project will be performed on limited and non-limited access state roadways in central and north central Connecticut. Work is scheduled to occur Monday, July 19, 2021, to Tuesday, November 30, 2021.
Traffic control personnel, sign patterns, cones, and truck mounted attenuators will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zones. The night work schedule for this project is 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (Sunday – Thursday) on secondary state routes, and 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. on limited access highways.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to remain alert, drive cautiously, and to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
