Bridge Maintenance on Route 25 Northbound and Southbound in Trumbull
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a bridge maintenance project will be performed on Route 25 northbound and southbound on various bridges in Trumbull. Work is scheduled to begin at night Monday, March 29, 2021 through Friday, April 30, 2021.
Motorists can expect various lane closures on Route 25 northbound and southbound between Exit 6 (Old Town Rd) and Monroe Turnpike (Route 111) in Trumbull.
Traffic control devices and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular schedule for this project is from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (Monday night – Friday Morning). No work will be conducted on Friday April 2nd, 2021 for the Easter Weekend Holiday.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to remain alert, drive cautiously and to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
