Bridge Maintenance and Scheduled Detour on Route 130 (Stratford Avenue) in Bridgeport

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a bridge maintenance project involving mechanical repairs will be performed on the Route 130 Yellow Mill Drawbridge in Bridgeport on Thursday, February 25, 2021.  Route 130 will be detoured during this activity, from 9 AM to 3 PM.

Detour:

  • Westbound traffic, Seaview Avenue to Crescent Avenue to Waterview Avenue to Route 130.
  • Eastbound traffic, Waterview Avenue to Crescent Avenue to Seaview Avenue to Route 130.

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
