Bridge Maintenance Activity on Route 15 Northbound in New Haven
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that bridge maintenance work will be performed on Route 15 north in New Haven on Bridge 00774B. Work is scheduled to begin on the morning of Monday, April 12, 2021, ending the afternoon of Monday, April 19, 2021.
The work is included in the Department of Transportation’s 2021 bridge maintenance program. Bridge repairs are being performed by State forces.
Motorists can expect a right lane closure on Route 15 north between Exit 59 (Route 69/Route 63 New Haven, Woodbridge) and Exit 60 (Route 10 Hamden). Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for the repairs is from 9:00am to 3:00pm. (Monday morning through Friday afternoon).
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to remain alert, drive cautiously and to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
