What is self-employment?

Self-employment means you work for yourself instead of working for a business or employer. Some individuals may choose self-Employment because:

  • Flexibility to be your own boss.
  • A job related to your interests can be very rewarding.
  • You have tried traditional employment service options but haven’t achieved your employment goal.
