Welcome to DDS eLicense!
CLA and CCH Licensing Application Renewals, Medication Administration Certifications, and E-Score Credentials will be completed via the eLicense website. This electronic process will streamline the licensing, certification, and credential processes.
Community Living Arrangement (CLA) eLicense
License renewal Applications will be completed on-line though eLicense. A renewal letter will be emailed approximately 90 days prior to the license expiration date.
Community Companion Homes (CCH) eLicense
*Note: Community Companion Home (CCH) was previously referred to as Community Training Home (CTH)
