Will the information I submit about my employees vaccinations to the state remain private to the public?

Please note that state agency contractors, state hospitals, school boards, and childcare facilities are not required to submit individual vaccination and/or testing records to the State up front. However, production of individual documentation must be made available upon request.  If personally identifiable data is requested and submitted to the state, it will only be accessible to the appropriate state officials and is not subject to the Freedom of Information Act.
