What if my test result was labeled "inconclusive" or "not valid"?

It is rare for SARS-CoV-2 test that were collected and handled properly by a licensed clinical laboratory or other testing provider to return inconclusive results. However, if you receive an inconclusive or invalid test result, you should get retested within 24 hours of receiving the result and contact your Human Resources representative immediately to report that you received the inconclusive or invalid result, to report when you will be retested, and to receive instructions regarding whether or not you should report to work until you receive a new negative test.
