What if I tested positive?

If you test positive you must isolate for a minimum of 5 days, and possibly longer if symptoms persist. You should contact your physician and notify your HR department immediately – and always before returning to your workplace.

You will also need to have the form located here to be filled out by your physician so you will be exempt from testing for 90 days as recommended by CDC.
