What if my municipality changes its mind after claiming an auction? Or we go to pick up the item decide we don’t want it?
Answer: All items listed on the website are being sold “as is” and “where is” without any warrantees or guarantees. If your organization claims property and decides it is no longer wanted, please email the Auction Contact and copy the DAS Surplus Program Team so the auction(s) can be noted and relisted.
