DAS Purchasing 101

Overview

The State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services Procurement Division along with partner agencies have collaborated to provide purchasing 101 guidance for executive branch agencies. This guidance assists with the purchase and contracting process within Core-CT. It is designed for individuals with financial related responsibilities who utilize Core-CT. This guide will help navigate the process to buy goods and services including technology purchases by providing the general process steps involved.
