Establish S/MBE spending allocation goals

DAS Procurement is committed to supporting certified Small Business Enterprises (SBEs) and Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs). To help agencies meet their annual spending allocation goals, DAS makes a good faith effort to increase S/MBE participation in contracts.

The DAS Procurement Division’s Business Access Team provides technical assistance to agencies to establish their spending allocation goals. The process is managed on the State Analytical Reporting System (STARS). Agencies without STARS access work directly with the Business Access Team.

  • Preliminary Report Available: June 30
  • Final Report Due: September 30
