Overview

The Plan Review Department has developed a set of requirements for obtaining Plan Approval for School Construction Projects. These requirements are defined in various documents found in the following categories:
  • BULLETINS, MEMORANDUMS & NOTICES
  • CHECKLISTS
  • FORMS & TEMPLATES
  • GUIDELINES & STANDARDS
  • LAWS, STATUTES & REGULATIONS
  • LETTERS
  • POLICIES
  • REPORTS

Please Note:

As part of the Department's ongoing effort to streamline the DAS Public School Building Projects plan review process, we will be continuously updating the forms and related documents available on our online library.

When preparing documents for DAS plan review, applicants must use the most current versions of the forms available on our website.

Changes to forms or related policies do not apply retroactively and will not affect a previous review or approval.
