Which Connecticut employees are healthcare and pension benefits extended to?
Effective September 1, 2011, Connecticut extends healthcare and pension benefits from the 2011 SEBAC agreement to all non-union employees in various government branches and state institutions. Changes are also made to longevity payments for certain executive branch employees based on their service as of September 1, 2011.
