What is the Connecticut policy regarding health and pension benefits and changes in bonus pay for certain managers?


Effective September 1, 2011, Connecticut's Public Acts 11-61 and 11-1 extend healthcare and pension benefits from the 2011 SEBAC Agreement to all non-union employees in the state's executive, legislative, and judicial branches and certain other agencies. It also alters longevity pay for executive branch managers and others, maintaining existing plans but limiting payments to those eligible as of April 2011, based on their service as of September 1, 2011.
